Mix Vegetable Handi Step by step

Take a pan, add oil and saute onions till they change in light pink, add chopped ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and cashews. Saute it well.

Turn off the flame and cool down the mixture, and blend it smooth.

Take a pan, add oil and whole spices-bay leaf, cinnamon stick and cloves.

Pour the prepared paste and add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and coriander powder.

Add curd and mix it well.

Now add boiled vegetables and water. cook it for a minute.

Add dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) powder.
