1/2 cup condensed milk
2 tbsp Sugar
2 Bread slices
For jamun
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup Grated mawa
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
milk As required
3 tbsp Milk powder
For sugar syrup
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2.5 cup water

Homemade Shahi Kulad Step by step

To make boondi, add water to besan and make a smooth batter. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and make the boondi with the help of boondi making ladle.

To make rabadi, pour the milk into pan and heat until it starts bubbled. Add sugar, condensed milk, fresh bread crumbs into boiled milk and stir continuously for appx. 10 mins

To make Jamun, mix maida, khoya, baking soda, milk powder and make a soft smooth dough with milk. Make small balls and fry into oil / ghee on medium heat until dark brown.

To make sugar syrup, add sugar into water and boil for 5 - 10 mins.

Serve the trio mix in kulad and garnish with pista and kesar.
