Heart Shaped Paneer Spinach Fritters Step by step
Prepare dough with all the stated ingredients and keep it aside.

Take a pan, add oil and bring it to heat and cumin seed till it splutters. Add onions, crushed garlic and fry them till the raw aroma vapourises. Add ginger garlic paste and fry them with onions til golden brown.
Add salt, spinach fries them on high flame, till spinach loses its complete water from it. Add crumbled paneer, green chilies to it and fry it for few minutes. Switch off the flame and now add oregano mixture, chili flakes and mix the stuffing properly.

Take up heart shaped the dough and add normal cheese slice, fill it with the filling, Add mozzarella cheese. spread the slurry on the edges of the heart. Next, take a second heart, apply slurry on the edges of it. Place them on the top of the first heart.
