In pan heat ghee. Add fig and dates. Saute for 5 mins. Constantly mix it well with a spatula. Now add mix dry fruit powder and cardamom powder. Switch off the flame. Transfer to a bowl. Make small balls.

Roll a small roti and place a fig and dates ball on it. Cover this ball with roti and roll it in round shape. Shallow fry the Puranpoli with ghee. Served hot.
