Heat oil in a wok

Once hot, add in the mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Next add in the curry leaves, green chilies and asafoetida. Give it a stir.

Now throw in the potato chips and mix.

Add salt and turmeric powder and mix again. We will saute till the potatoes are crisp and golden.

Once they are crisp add the coriander cumin and red chili powder. Mix and top with sesame seeds.
