Butter Paneer Masala Step by step

In a pressure cooker, add a little oil and add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, turmeric, chili powder and saute.

Now transfer this into a mixie jar and blend it to a fine paste.

In the same pressure cooker, add butter. When butter melts, add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and saute.

Now add the blended paste and saute till the gravy leaves out the oil. Now add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, sugar and mix well.

Add a little water so that the sauce is silky. Add salt and peas.

Cut paneer into cubes and add it to the sauce and close the lid and cook. Open the lid and add fresh cream and transfer to serving bowl. Serve hot with Roti or Rice.
