Broccoli Cheese Wontons Step by step
Make a dough by mixing maida, rice flour, baking powder, salt and chilled water. Rest for 45 mins.
Heat oil. Add mix veggies, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, and salt. Saute on high flame for 5 mins. Don't overcook. Switch off the flame. When the stuffing becomes to at room temperature add cheese spread and basil leaves. Mix it.
Now roll a roti from the dough and cut them into a square shape. Fill with stuffing and give a shape of wonton. Deep fry them.
Heat the Oil in a saucepan. Then add ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder, and Salt. Boil the sauce. Cool it properly. Serve with Won Ton.
