1 tbsp Capsicum chopped
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp Cloves powder
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste

Heat the Oil Ina pan on medium heat

Add chopped garlic and spring onions, chopped chili, and grated ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes till the oil comes out.

Now add chopped carrot, capcicum and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add mashed pumpkin, sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add clove powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, chili powder, salt and chat masala.

Stir well, add chopped coriander

Add peanut butter to the pan, mix it well on low heat.

Now add oat powder and mix it properly. Switch off the gas and let the mixture be cool.

Make oval shaped Patti and roast in a grill pan.

Now take wholewheat roti on a flat surface and spread peanut butter dip mixture in the center of it.
