Healthy Peanut Pumpkin Power Booster Wrap and Roll

A great combination of pumpkin, peanut butter, and oatmeal. Make this super delicious wrap dish for full day energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup Oatmeals daliya
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Spring onion chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 1 Green Chilies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Carrot chopped
  • 1 tbsp Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the Oil in a pan on medium heat
  • Add chopped garlic and spring onions, chopped chili, and grated ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes till the oil comes out.
  • Now add chopped carrot, capcicum and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add mashed pumpkin, sauté for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add clove powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, chili powder, salt and chat masala.
  • Stir well, add chopped coriander
  • Add peanut butter to the pan, mix it well on low heat.
  • Now add oat powder and mix it properly. Switch off the gas and let the mixture be cool.
  • Make oval shaped Patti and roast in a grill pan.
  • Now take wholewheat roti on a flat surface and spread peanut butter dip mixture in the center of it.
  • Put some shredded vegetables over it and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Now put roasted peanut butter Tikki on the vegetables.
  • Now fold the roti to make a wrap. Roast the wrap on a grill pan.
  • Serve it hot with sauce and dip.
