Ingredients

For Cookies

  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg grated
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves ground
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Amul Butter
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree

For Glaze

  • 2 cups Sugar powder
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Amul Butter melted
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract you can also use lemon juice to flavor

Instructions

  • Heat your oven to 375F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  • In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Add pumpkin puree and mix well.
  • Fold in the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Drop the batter onto cookie sheet, lined with baking paper.
  • Bake the cookies 15-18 minutes.
  • In the meantime, make the glaze by combining all glaze ingredients into a bowl. Place the cookies on wire rack to cool completely.Coat the cookies with prepared glaze and serve.
