Quick and Easy French Toast Sticks

  • 4 slices White Bread thick
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Amul Butter
  • 2 pcs Egg s If you are vegetarian, use 2 tbsp besan/ gram flour .
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cup Sugar


  • Combine the eggs ( for vegetarian version use gram flour ) milk and a pinch of salt in a large bowl large and mix the cinnamon and sugar on a plate.
  • Heat the butter in large pan.
  • Take the sticks in the egg mixture quickly remove it and and place it in pan cook each side until golden.
  • Transfer sticks into the cinnamon sugar and roll to coat.
  • Serve hot with maple syrup.
