Paneer Choco Truffles
- 2 cup Chocolate
- 100 gms Paneer
- 3 tsp Icing sugar
- 2 tsp Dry Fruits roasted
- Melt grated chocolate on double boiler.
- take the crumbled paneer in melted chocolate bowl.
- Add icing sugar, roasted dry fruits and mixed it softly.
- pour the better in mould tray.
- set for 15 minutes in a refrigerator.
- after 15 minutes unmould the balls and serve it.
