Gluten Free Date Cookies
3 ingredient crunchy - buttery cookies. All you need is dates, biscuits, butter and your cookies are ready!

Ingredients
- 500 gms Dates seedless
- 1 pck Marigold Biscuits
- 50 gms Coconut crush
- 1 tsp Ghee or Saturated Butter
Instructions
- Tiny chop the seedless dates. Take 1 spoon ghee in a pan and roast the chopped date for 2 minutes.
- Once the date becomes thick like mava, take it in a bowl and mess it with Messer, now make small balls of them, then Press the balls in a puri machine and make small puris
- Now take one puri and one biscuit, pack it from all sides well and prepare the cookies. now pour them in coconut crush and keep it in fridge for 15 minutes. Make pieces of them and serve them
