Curd Whipped Brookies with Crumble
Homemade delicious brookies topped with whipped curd and crumble which satisfies both your brownie and cookie cravings!

Ingredients
Brookies
- 100 gms All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 30 gms Dark Chocolate
- 1/4 cup Amul Butter
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Chip
- 1 tbsp Cashews
- 50 gms Sugar
- 1 tsp Rice Flour
- 4 tsp Milk
Curd whipped
- 50 gms Curd
- 50 gms Cream malai
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 25 gms Sugar
Crumble
- 1 tsp All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Amul Butter
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Oats
- 1 tsp Dry Fruits
Instructions
- Take dry ingredients like all-purpose flour, rice flour, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate chips and mix all together.
- Now take dark chocolate and melt it in a microwave in intervals of 20-20 seconds. Mix butter and sugar together until little fluffy.
- Now add all things to the dry ingredients mixture and lastly add cashew nuts and milk to it. Mix well with a spatula but do not over mix it. Now in a preheated oven you can bake these as whole in a pan or give them a shape of cookies and bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- For whipped curd, whip curd and sugar together with lemon juice add vanilla essence. Now whip the whipped cream differently and add to the above mixture. Melt the butter in the nonstick pan and add purpose flour, sugar and other ingredients. Roast till little brown in color.
Decorations
- Now put round cut piece of brookie on top of that whipped cream and strawberry Crumble on top of brookie and also some cookie crumbles for decorations.
I like the combination of curd and cookies. The sweetness level is just right for those people who don’t like to eat too sweet.
