Almond Milk with Saffron and Cardamom

An ayurvedic drink with a goodness of almonds which ready in minutes and can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond soaked in water for 1 hour
  • 4 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 pinch Safforn
  • 1 tbsp Almond chopped
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • Take a pan, add all ingredients except cinnamon powder and boil it.
  • Stir it till it thickens a little.
  • Switch off the stove and add cinnamon powder.
  • Now pour into a bottle and refrigerate it. Serve chilled.
