Almond Milk with Saffron and Cardamom
An ayurvedic drink with a goodness of almonds which ready in minutes and can be served hot or cold.

Servings: 4 people
- 1 cup Almond soaked in water for 1 hour
- 4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- 1 pinch Safforn
- 1 tbsp Almond chopped
- 1 pinch Cinnamon optional
Take a pan, add all ingredients except cinnamon powder and boil it.
Stir it till it thickens a little.
Switch off the stove and add cinnamon powder.
Now pour into a bottle and refrigerate it. Serve chilled.
