Mango Yogurt Smoothie (Lassi)
An authentic Punjabi appetizer, yummy to drink and easy to make!

Ingredients
- 4 tsp Mango peeled
- 6 tsp Yogurt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water cold
Instructions
- Take a blender bowl and put yogurt, sugar and peeled mango in it.
- Make a fine paste and see that no yogurt lumps are left out.
- Add water in the jar and shake it again.
- Check taste and adjust the sugar seasoning.
- Garnish it with dry fruits and freeze if required.
