Mango Yogurt Smoothie (Lassi)

  • 4 tsp Mango peeled
  • 6 tsp Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Water cold


  • Take a blender bowl and put yogurt, sugar and peeled mango in it.
  • Make a fine paste and see that no yogurt lumps are left out.
  • Add water in the jar and shake it again.
  • Check taste and adjust the sugar seasoning.
  • Garnish it with dry fruits and freeze if required.
