Creamy Mushroom Soup
Making homemade soup is easier than you think, try this easy mushroom soup at home.
Servings: 4 people
- 300 g mushrooms
- 1 Onions chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
- 100 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 300 g Vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 150 ml Cooking cream
- Black pepper to taste
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt butter in pan. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
Blend in flour and stir. Add the vegetable stock and heat until slightly thickened.
Add and stir cream with additional flour and seasonings. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.
