Creamy Mushroom Soup

  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
  • 100 g Whole Wheat Flour
  • 300 g Vegetable stock
  • Salt to taste
  • 150 ml Cooking cream
  • Black pepper to taste


  • Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt butter in pan. Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
  • Blend in flour and stir. Add the vegetable stock and heat until slightly thickened.
  • Add and stir cream with additional flour and seasonings. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.
  • Serve hot.
