Crispy Mac and Cheese Bites
Try this cheesy bite, the ultimate comfort food which is a combination of macaroni & cheese.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Macaroni Pasta
- 3 tbsp Amul Butter
- 1/3 cup All purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Cheese
- 2 Egg
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil as needed
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan stir in the 1 tbsp flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce stirring all the time until sauce is smooth then add cheese and cook it until cheese is melted.
- Add pasta in the white sauce.
- Take a nonstick baking pan and spoon macaroni into it. Refrigerate it until pasta is completely cooled.
- Cut chilled macaroni pasta in pieces and coat bite lightly with flour, then dip in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry all coated macaroni pasta pieces cook each side until golden.
- Drain bites on paper towels. Serve it hot.
