Crispy Mac and Cheese Bites

  • 1 1/2 cup Macaroni Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Amul Butter
  • 1/3 cup All purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheese
  • 2 Egg
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil as needed


  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan stir in the 1 tbsp flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce stirring all the time until sauce is smooth then add cheese and cook it until cheese is melted.
  • Add pasta in the white sauce.
  • Take a nonstick baking pan and spoon macaroni into it. Refrigerate it until pasta is completely cooled.
  • Cut chilled macaroni pasta in pieces and coat bite lightly with flour, then dip in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry all coated macaroni pasta pieces cook each side until golden.
  • Drain bites on paper towels. Serve it hot.
