Crispy Mac and Cheese Bites

- 1 1/2 cup Macaroni Pasta
- 3 tbsp Amul Butter
- 1/3 cup All purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Cheese
- 2 Egg
- 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil as needed
Melt the butter in a sauce pan stir in the 1 tbsp flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce stirring all the time until sauce is smooth then add cheese and cook it until cheese is melted.
Add pasta in the white sauce.
Take a nonstick baking pan and spoon macaroni into it. Refrigerate it until pasta is completely cooled.
Cut chilled macaroni pasta in pieces and coat bite lightly with flour, then dip in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry all coated macaroni pasta pieces cook each side until golden.
Drain bites on paper towels. Serve it hot.
