Easy Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 450 g Ground Beef lean
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Sausage Italian
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bread crumbs
  • 3/4 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Roll into medium sized round balls and place them close together in large pan. Spray some cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until no longer pink in centre.
  • Serve the meatballs immediately with sauce or spaghetti.

Notes

For long time use freeze the meatballs in Ziploc bags.
