Peanut butter Power Smoothie

Protein-rich smoothie made with peanut butter, oats, banana and coconut to keep you feeling full longer.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass Coconut water
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 pcs Banana
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 pc Avocado optional

Instructions

  • Add oats and blend until it gets fine powder. Add all ingredients into mixture bowl. Blend until it turns into a smooth puree.
  • Pour into serving glass and garnish with cream and chocolates.
