Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
  • 12 Lettuce leaves chopped
  • 1 1/3 cup Roma Tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • Red Chilli Powder to taste

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef until crumbly.
  • Drain excess grease. Mix taco seasoning and water and add to it.Bring the mixture to boil and cook.
  • Take beef in a serving bowl.Prepare your salad by mixing onion, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream.
