Egg Bhurji ( Spicy Scrambled Eggs)
Easy scrambled egg bhurji with onion, tomato, and green chilli.

Ingredients
- 6 Egg
- 1 tbsp Food oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Onions chopped
- 1 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Tomato
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Amul Butter
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
- Take a pan add oil to it, add cumin seed, onion, chopped green chillies and saute it.
- Now add tomatoe, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder cook it for 2 minutes.
- Now add butter and beaten eggs, keep stirring it on medium flame.
- Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve it with pav or bread.
