Egg Bhurji ( Spicy Scrambled Eggs)

Easy scrambled egg bhurji with onion, tomato, and green chilli.

Ingredients

  • 6 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Food oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Onions chopped
  • 1 Green Chillies chopped
  • 1 Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tbsp Amul Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan add oil to it, add cumin seed, onion, chopped green chillies and saute it.
  • Now add tomatoe, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add butter and beaten eggs, keep stirring it on medium flame.
  • Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve it with pav or bread.
