Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta
Silky, creamy and most delicious dessert especially for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients
- 100 gms Dark Chocolate
- 50 ml Cooking cream
- 20 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Gelatine
Instructions
- In a pan pour cooking cream, milk and sugar. Boil it.
- Melt dark chocolate in double boiler and add in cream and milk mixture.
- Add gelatin in 2tbsp milk and mix in chocolate mixture. Stir well and bring to boil again.
- Add gelatin in 2tbsp milk and mix in chocolate mixture. Stir well and bring to boil again.
- Put mixture in a glass and allow it to set in the fridge.
- Unlold the panna cotta on serving plate and decorate with tutti frutti and choco chips.
