Dark Chocolate Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 100 gms Dark Chocolate
  • 50 ml Cooking cream
  • 20 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Gelatine

Instructions

  • In a pan pour cooking cream, milk and sugar. Boil it.
  • Melt dark chocolate in double boiler and add in cream and milk mixture.
  • Add gelatin in 2tbsp milk and mix in chocolate mixture. Stir well and bring to boil again.
  • Add gelatin in 2tbsp milk and mix in chocolate mixture. Stir well and bring to boil again.
  • Put mixture in a glass and allow it to set in the fridge.
  • Unlold the panna cotta on serving plate and decorate with tutti frutti and choco chips.
