Insta Kheer (Rice Pudding)

Ingredients
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 cups Sugar
- 4 tsp Ghee / Saturated Butter
- 2 tbsp Mixed Nuts fine chopped
Instructions
- 1. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes2. Heat ghee in a pan and add drained rice and sauté for 5 - 7 minutes3. Add milk and cook on low flame till milk is reduced to 3/4 of its original quantity.4. Add sugar and simmer till milk is reduced to half its original.5. Add nuts and enjoy your homemade delicious Kheer.
