Sour and Spicy Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
- 500 gm Chicken Thigh
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1 slice Ginger
- 1 Onions
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Palm Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Grind salt, chilies, ginger, onion, garlic, and tomato. You can also put it into a blender and blend it until it becomes purée.
- Heat the frying pan and add the frying oil. Let it heat for about 3 minutes, use medium heat.
- Add the grinded seasoning and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken and Palm Sugar. Mix it well.
- Slice the lime and squeeze it and add about 50 ml water. Wait until It becomes thicken and grills the chicken.
- Serve. You can also add cucumber and tomato slices for the garnish.
