Orange Chicken
Chinese style healthy tender paleo orange chicken in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 300 gm Boneless chicken pieces cubes
- 250 ml Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Orange rind
- 2 tsp Garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger chopped
- 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
- Corn flour as required
- 2 Egg
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Food oil for frying purpose
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds roasted
- 1 Onions chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken, salt and mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes.
- Beat eggs untill fluffy. Heat oil in a pan.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg and then coat it in cornflour.
- Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow.
- In a bowl, add orange juice, sugar, soy sauce and cornflour and make the slurry.
- In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds.
- Add fried chicken pieces. Mix well. Lastly add orange rind zest.
- Cook on a medium flame till the gravy thickens and chicken pieces are well coated with orange sauce.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion, roasted sesame seed, and orange slices.
- Serve hot with fried rice or plain rice.
