In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken, salt and mix well. Keep it for 10 minutes.
Beat eggs untill fluffy. Heat oil in a pan.
Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg and then coat it in cornflour.
Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow.
In a bowl, add orange juice, sugar, soy sauce and cornflour and make the slurry.
In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds.
Add fried chicken pieces. Mix well. Lastly add orange rind zest.
Cook on a medium flame till the gravy thickens and chicken pieces are well coated with orange sauce.
Garnish with chopped spring onion, roasted sesame seed, and orange slices.
Serve hot with fried rice or plain rice.
