How To Make Crispy Fish Fingers
Make this easy and instant fish snack by using your favourite fish and make this inside soft outside crispy fish sticks.

- 1 pc Basa Fish
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp Green Chillies paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Food oil as required
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Cut the fish into long 1 inch wide strips.
Marinate the fish fingers in lemon juice, soya sauce, Salt, Pepper, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for hours.
Take breadcrumbs, lemon zest and red chilli powder in one shallow plate and keep aside.
Take the marinated fish strip and dip it in lightly beaten eggs and roll it in breadcrumbs.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush some oil on baking sheet and place the fish on baking sheet, cook it until golden brown.
Serve it with a sauce of your choice.
