How To Make Crispy Fish Fingers

Make this easy and instant fish snack by using your favourite fish and make this inside soft outside crispy fish sticks.

Ingredients

  • 1 pc Basa Fish
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 tbsp Green Chillies paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • Food oil as required
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  • Cut the fish into long 1 inch wide strips.
  • Marinate the fish fingers in lemon juice, soya sauce, Salt, Pepper, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for hours.
  • Take breadcrumbs, lemon zest and red chilli powder in one shallow plate and keep aside.
  • Take the marinated fish strip and dip it in lightly beaten eggs and roll it in breadcrumbs.

For deep fry

  • Heat oil in deep pan and fry the prepared fish into it till golden brown. Remove fish strips in a paper.

For baking

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush some oil on baking sheet and place the fish on baking sheet, cook it until golden brown.
  • Serve it with a sauce of your choice.
