How To Make Crispy Fish Fingers
Make this easy and instant fish snack by using your favourite fish and make this inside soft outside crispy fish sticks.

Ingredients
- 1 pc Basa Fish
- 2 tsp Soya sauce
- 3 tbsp Green Chillies paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Food oil as required
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Cut the fish into long 1 inch wide strips.
- Marinate the fish fingers in lemon juice, soya sauce, Salt, Pepper, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for hours.
- Take breadcrumbs, lemon zest and red chilli powder in one shallow plate and keep aside.
- Take the marinated fish strip and dip it in lightly beaten eggs and roll it in breadcrumbs.
For deep fry
- Heat oil in deep pan and fry the prepared fish into it till golden brown. Remove fish strips in a paper.
For baking
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Brush some oil on baking sheet and place the fish on baking sheet, cook it until golden brown.
- Serve it with a sauce of your choice.
