Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf Bread slices
  • 1 tbsp Amul Butter
  • 1/2 bowl Cheese grated
  • 400 gm Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 2 tsp Food Oil

Instructions

  • 1. Heat oil in a kadai and add onion and saute till they turn pink.
    2. Add ginger, garlic paste to it.
    3. Add pepper and chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and cook for 2 minutes
    4. Add paneer and grated cheese and stir. Remove from flame and let it cool.
    5. Take a buttered slice of bread, spread the prepared paneer stuffing and place another slice of bread on top.
    6. Press well and cut into four square pieces with sharp knife.
    7. Grill or dot with tomato ketchup and serve.
