I started my career from Hyatt regency kolkata. Then I.T.C. fortune landmark hotel, Cambay hotel and resorts, Clark groups hotels and various hotel. Cooking is a addiction for me. i create new fusion menu for guest regularly. I am from a middle class Bengali family. I started my cooking journey with my mom when i was 6th stander ed. food art is my main target.

He has his own restaurant named "Macchiato" in Mumbai.

Swayam is an upcoming cooking enthusiast who loves to play guitar and also is fitness trainer. He has done many TV shows and has a degree of a Bakery chef. He is passionate about preparing new dishes and is currently working at Art of cooking as a kitchen manager of Chefs.
We are Vassilis and Anastasia, and we gave life to “Cookouvagia” for the love of greek food.
