Homemade Tortilla

Easy soft, thin flatbread made from all purpose flour.

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil


  • In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil. Turn onto a floured surface, knead to form a smooth dough.
  • Divide dough into eight portions. roll each portion into a round shape.
  • In a large nonstick pan add cooking oil, cook tortillas over medium heat until lightly browned.
