- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 12 Lettuce leaves chopped
- 1 1/3 cup Roma Tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Avocado
- 1/3 cup Sour Cream
- Red Chilli Powder to taste
Brown ground beef until crumbly.
Drain excess grease. Mix taco seasoning and water and add to it.Bring the mixture to boil and cook.
Take beef in a serving bowl.Prepare your salad by mixing onion, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream.
