Low Calorie Mango and Plum Oat Smoothie

Servings: 2 people
- 1 Mango peeled, chopped
- 1 cup Oats
- 5-6 Almond soaked in water
- 4-5 Plums deseed, chopped
- 1 Glass milk
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
Dry roast oats and grind them, peel almonds and keep aside.
In the blender, add oats, milk, mango, peanut butter, almonds, chopped plums and blend it to a smooth shake.
Pour in glass and garnish it with chopped plums and almonds.
