- 2 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Baking Soda
- 7 pcs Strawberry
- 1/3 cup Food oil
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Food coloring red color
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Pulp
Preheat the oven to 180 degree. In a mixing bowl take sugar and oil. Mix well till the sugar dissolves completely.
Add milk and vanilla essence, fresh strawberry pulp, vinegar and beat well. Add food color and strawberry pieces. Transfer to the molding bowl and bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
Cool it and serve the dish.
