For Cookies
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg grated
- 1/4 tsp Cloves ground
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Amul Butter
- 1 pc Egg
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
For Glaze
- 2 cups Sugar powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Amul Butter melted
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract you can also use lemon juice to flavor
Heat your oven to 375F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Fold in the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Add pumpkin puree and mix well.
Fold in the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Drop the batter onto cookie sheet, lined with baking paper.
Bake the cookies 15-18 minutes.
In the meantime, make the glaze by combining all glaze ingredients into a bowl. Place the cookies on wire rack to cool completely.Coat the cookies with prepared glaze and serve.
