Lebanese Yogurt Sauce
Quick dressing for salad or dip for any fritters.
Servings: 2 people
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
In a bowl take hung curd and whisk it.
Now add salt, pepper powder, and lemon juice.
Mix well, until no lumps remain.
Add olive oil, mix it till you have a nice smooth dip.
Serve it as a dip or dressing for a salad.
