Mix the paneer, hung curd, chilly powder, chat masala, and salt. Marinate it for 1/2 an hour.
Mix the wheat flour, oil, milk and salt. Make a hard dough by adding water. Rest for half an hour. Then make small thick roti on low flame so it becomes crispy.
Now take roti and apply the sauce.
Now arrange the veggies and paneer on it.
Grate the cheese on it.
Sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano. Add butter on it. Now put this pizza on the pan. In one small bowl put very hot coal and pour butter on it. Immediately close the lid. After 10 mins open it. Switch off the flame. This will give Smokey flavor. Serve it.
