- 250 g spinach chopped
- 1 Red apple chopped
- 1 Mango chopped
- 1 Avocado chopped
- 2 cup water cold
Take spinach leaves in a mixture jar, add 2 cup water and blend it till it becomes smooth.
Now add mango, avocado, and apple. Blend it again until smooth.
