- 1 pcs Baby red onion
- 1 pcs Capsicum
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Garlic
- 2 tsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1-1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Boil rice in an open container.
Saute all the veggies and keep it aside.
Mix rice and sauted veggies, add spices i.e. chilliflakes, oregano, chilli powder, salt and cook for 2 min.
