- 400 gm Seer fish
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to taste
- 200 gm Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ajwain
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Besan / Gram flour Roasted in 2 tsp butter
- 2 tsp Amul Butter
For grilled fish1. Clean the Seer Fish. Make 3-inch-long cuts/slits with a sharp knife on both sides of the fish at one-inch distance.2. Rub with lime juice, salt and ginger & garlic paste.For marinating3. mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste4. Evenly apply the paste to the fish on all sides.5. Marinade for 20 minutes and cook it on griller /oven /barbeque at 180degree C, for 10 mins. While cooking, apply butter for basting.6. Remove and serve hot with a lemon wedge.
