Ingredients

  • 3 Potatos
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • food oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • Wash, peel the skin and cut into slices.
  • Add slices in boiled water. Now add salt, black pepper, and turmeric powder.
  • Drain the water from cooked potatoes.
  • Cool it and dried well.
  • Fry until golden brown and crispy.
