Quick and Easy French Toast Sticks

- 4 slices White Bread thick
- 1 1/2 tbsp Amul Butter
- 2 pcs Egg s If you are vegetarian, use 2 tbsp besan/ gram flour .
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Combine the eggs ( for vegetarian version use gram flour ) milk and a pinch of salt in a large bowl large and mix the cinnamon and sugar on a plate.
Heat the butter in large pan.
Take the sticks in the egg mixture quickly remove it and and place it in pan cook each side until golden.
Transfer sticks into the cinnamon sugar and roll to coat.
Serve hot with maple syrup.
