Sour and Spicy Grilled Chicken

Servings: 3 people
- 500 gm Chicken Thigh
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 3 Green Chilies
- 1 slice Ginger
- 1 Onions
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- Palm Sugar to taste
Grind salt, chilies, ginger, onion, garlic, and tomato. You can also put it into a blender and blend it until it becomes purée.
Heat the frying pan and add the frying oil. Let it heat for about 3 minutes, use medium heat.
Add the grinded seasoning and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add the chicken and Palm Sugar. Mix it well.
Slice the lime and squeeze it and add about 50 ml water. Wait until It becomes thicken and grills the chicken.
Serve. You can also add cucumber and tomato slices for the garnish.
