- 100 gms Dark Chocolate
- 50 ml Cooking cream
- 20 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Gelatine
In a pan pour cooking cream, milk and sugar. Boil it.
Melt dark chocolate in double boiler and add in cream and milk mixture.
Add gelatin in 2tbsp milk and mix in chocolate mixture. Stir well and bring to boil again.
Add gelatin in 2tbsp milk and mix in chocolate mixture. Stir well and bring to boil again.
Put mixture in a glass and allow it to set in the fridge.
Unlold the panna cotta on serving plate and decorate with tutti frutti and choco chips.
