Ingredients

Hadvo batter

  • 200 gms Butter Milk
  • 500 gms Bottle Gourd grated
  • 1 cup Carrot grated
  • 1 cup Fenugreek chopped
  • 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves chopped
  • 3 tbsp Green Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Ginger chilly paste
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 cup Corn seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery
  • 1 tbsp Food oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp Salt

Tempering

  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Food oil
  • 5 pcs Curry Leaves
  • Coconut grated

Instructions

  • Take hadvo batter and add Grated bottle gourd, carrot, ginger-chilly paste, green garlic paste, chopped fenugreek seeds, jaggery, ajwain, sesame seeds, lemon juice, salt, oil and baking soda. Mix all ingredients and prepare a batter.
  • Take this mixture in muffins mould and bake it for 15 min at 180'c.
  • Temper with mustard seeds and oil.
  • Garnish with grated coconut.
