Grilled Seer Fish

Grilled seer fish marinated with Indian spices, olive oil and yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 400 gm Seer fish
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 200 gm Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Tandoori Masala Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Besan / Gram flour Roasted in 2 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp Amul Butter

Instructions

  • For grilled fish
    1. Clean the Seer Fish. Make 3-inch-long cuts/slits with a sharp knife on both sides of the fish at one-inch distance.
    2. Rub with lime juice, salt and ginger & garlic paste.
    For marinating
    3. mix all the ingredients to a smooth paste
    4. Evenly apply the paste to the fish on all sides.
    5. Marinade for 20 minutes and cook it on griller /oven /barbeque at 180degree C, for 10 mins. While cooking, apply butter for basting.
    6. Remove and serve hot with a lemon wedge.
