1. Soak rice in water for 30 minutes
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add drained rice and sauté for 5 - 7 minutes
3. Add milk and cook on low flame till milk is reduced to 3/4 of its original quantity.
4. Add sugar and simmer till milk is reduced to half its original.
5. Add nuts and enjoy your homemade delicious Kheer.
