Mix Veggie Cracker Spread

  • 6 Crackers
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Corn boiled
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Garlic mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Cheese any cheese of ur choice we used Cheddar and mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredients except the crackers.
  • Take the crackers put some mixture with the help of a spoon and put another cracker on top of it.
  • Your healthy veggie crackers are ready
