Vegetable Loaded Cheese Quiche Step by step
Put the pie into the oven. Heat oven to 350°F. Makes 1 pie crust in 9-inch pie plate as directed on box.
Meanwhile in medium pan, heat oil. Add vegetables, mushrooms and onion slices; cook over medium-high heat until soft.
In a medium bowl, add milk, sliced green onion, egg whites, eggs, salt, and pepper; stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Stir in cheese and cooled mushrooms mixture. Pour egg mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle processed cheese over top. Bake until center is puffed and light golden brown. Remove from oven, cut into wedges and serve hot or cold.
