1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp vegetable oil

1/3 water
For Filling
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/2 cup Carrot shredded
1 cup Onions chopped
100 g Panner cut into 2.5 cm cubes
1/4 cup Green Peas mashed
1 3/4 cup Potatoes boiled
1 Green Chillies chopped
1/4 cup Tomatoes chopped
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
to taste Salt
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Chat Masala

Veg Paneer Frankie (Wrap) Step by step

For The Rotis

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. By adding a little water at a time knead the roti dough. Knead properly the dough so that the roti will become smooth and elastic.

Divide into small balls similar to the size of a golf ball

Now take one roti dough on rolling board dust some wheat flour and roll it into round shape using a rolling pin.

Heat a flat bottom, place the rolled roti and roast it on both sides and keep it aside.

For Filling

Heat the oil in the pan and add cumin seed.

Add onion, green chilli and salt, cook it for a minute until onion is lightly golden.

Now add cabbage, green peas, potato and paneer and mix it well. Turn off the heat and mix the garam masala and coriander leaves.

Take one roti and put it over a flat surface drizzle some oil and place the filling in the centre of the roti. Roll it tightly.

cook the Frankie until lightly brown both sides to nice and crispy sprinkle chaat masala over it
