2 cups Chilli paste
2 cups Garlic Paste
2 cups Ginger Paste
2 pcs Onions finely chopped
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Asafoetida / Hing
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves chopped
2 tbsp Food oil
2 cups Oats boiled
2 cups Potatoes boiled and mashed
1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
1/2 cups all purpose flour

Veg Oatmeal (Daliya) Poppers Step by step

Heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

Add chilli, ginger and garlic paste to the pan and saute.Add finely chopped onion and saute till they are golden brown. Add the chopped mixed vegetables and cook them properly.

Add salt and garam masala mix properly. Add the boiled oatmeal, mashed potatoes, some breadcrumbs and mix properly

Make medium sized balls of the batter prepared. take all purpose flour and add little amount of water till it becomes a paste of moderate consistency, dip the prepared balls in the paste, coat them with the remaining part of dry bread crumbs and fry them till they are golden brown. Put the fried balls on a toothpick and your recipe is ready to be served.
